Recently we have the wave of 'intensionisers'. The Bleep, Down The Rabbit Hole, The Secret, Icons of The Field 2006, The Law of Attraction, experiments with mass intent, scientists telling us that at the Quantum level, The Field, Zero potential there are infinite numbers of possibilities and probabilities and of course we have to intention them to make the 'fuzz', the 'blur' the chaos of random fluctuations become form. OK then who brought the Universe through as we know it now? Presumably we were not around to intention it then. Now we have the prospect of all of us as in The Secret DVD creating our own worlds, as it says in the DVD our own big cars, our 3 million dollar house, making mega bucks. Is this what we want? To feed the ego, to set up rivalry, to rape the world of more materials and cause pollution. By the way the use of intention is used in distant or absent healing, and in certain experiments that have been done in crime reduction in cities [The Fountain Group and so on, if you research you will find dozens of these kinds of things]. Many great Teachers, Buddha, Jesus, Krishna and so forth along with contemporaries as Joel Goldsmith, Brother Mandus, and Henry Thomas Hamblin all extolled the above, however they gave direction as to the good and holistic inclusion with reverence to nature and creation. Having said all of this it seems as though the answer for me as way back then to now is to align myself to the Consciousness of the original Creation which is still evolving and to this is to be still[be still and listen to the still quiet voice whispering in the wilderness of your soul]. In other words deep mediation as distinct from imagery, contemplation or visualisation, although these maybe pathways or techniques to reach stillness, being careful not to mistake a dull inert stupor as stillness which can be the result of a mantra or repetitive rote.

Having stated as above, a flirtation with form and science is interesting and can titivate the mind as long as it does not become an obsession produce an insulated mind and an arrogance and egoistic bombasticity that so many scientists, doctors and politicians with hard headed fanatics and theologians have, in fact me too, for I recognise this in me because I recognise it others. So here goes;- When as an engineer[ the short career after soccer to physics, to engineer to forensics to now and a parallel spiritual 'career, still ongoing', I came across a fascinating field of being able to grow back limbs either by electrical stimulus [exogenous] or from mind techniques[endogenous]. Many who knew me in the early 70's and 80's attended a lot of workshops I presented then and it explored the works of many authorities at that time, however, many of these early pioneers as usual found themselves ostracised, ridiculed and made penniless, some of their work is being revived now and heralded to be new and innovative often by those who reviled their predecessors. How devious and cunning the ego and deceitful in its underhandedness.

Let us now delve more into the 'symptoms' so many are feeling and described in many article on the web as ascension symptoms, taking into account the May 2007 blog and the fact of Mobile Phone Masts, HAARP, Tetra, Pollution and all that related thing, and I am sure it does add to the cocktail of energies, however there are ways which I have gone into elsewhere that can discern the differences. Some facets. 1) The Earth's electromagnetic field is mainly a relationship and interaction with the charged gases of the Ionosphere [there is a debate whether the Earth's magnetic field is generated by the core of iron and nickel]. This is also dependent on lunar month and day and our procession yearly around the Sun. 2) The Sun is roaring and flaring hugely [Japanese studies from their Solar Craft have thrown a spanner in the works as to how the Sun Magnetics work, too early to know results yet]. The 70's discovered sectors of the sun like a tangerine and as the rotation of the Sun occurs it brings a sector into play about every eight days, so the magnetic play to Earth is changed and this induces turbulence in the Planets and Earth's field as the field is opposed by this action, a kind of AC effect. 3) The Earth's surface and the ionosphere form a cavity, like a balloon, which expands and contracts as to the Sun, Moon and other planetary influences this in its turn produces a varying sequence of micropulsations and these could be called the Schumann resonances. 4) Our journey to or around the Central Sun roughly 26000 years see NASA Astronomy Picture of The Day Oct 23 2005 and April 11 2003 with massive energy output which is driving as it were the whole shebang. [The ancients knew about these Mayan etc.]. 5) Lightening storms release energy at kilocycle frequencies which travel parallel to magnetic field lines and bounce back and forth between the South and North Poles frequently before extinguishing. 6) The Earth' surface and the ionosphere perform as the plates of a capacitor [or condenser] this in turn is capable of storing and discharging a large electrostatic voltage and ionises molecules of the air's gases and can pulse in ELF frequencies. 7) There are large DC currents flowing in the ionosphere and as in within the Earth [telluric] which in turn cause their own sub ELM fields. This is but a small glimpse of the phenomena, and now with so much Solar Flare, Central Sun[ Centre of the Galaxy Power Source] it is clear how this interacts with us[see ethmoid bone May 2007], and this is one instance only.

Let us now glimpse at the body's light meter, the pineal gland, this is located deep in the centre of the brain between the two hemispheres and behind and above the pituitary gland. It is roughly the size of a pea, its functions enormous. The gland receives information from the eye, light activated information; by way of the optic nerve to the hypothalamus this in turn sends our hormonal messages which have a vast and profound effect on the body. The gland is affected directly or regulated to the environmental light changes and the Earth's ELM field. This is one way that the body is attuned to nature and would then bring with seasonal changes say the fir to animals and so on, the budding etc. Apart from melatonin and serotonin there are one trillion chemicals a second pouring out of or manufactured in the brain, the brain is a chemical factory, this then is the role of the eye to it, Light is the information supplier, the eye contains 137 million photoreceptors, there are approximately 130 million photoreceptors named rods and 7 million called cones. The photoreceptors transform light to electrical impulses that are sent to the brain at about 234mph. The routes vary but involve the whole brain, some to the visual cortex for the construction of images and some to the hypothalamus which affect the Autonomic, parasympathetic and sympathetic. Information received by the hypothalamus regulates secretions of the pituitary gland, thereby affecting the body's other major rhythms and regulatory systems, for instance the endocrinal system. The endocrinal system in its turn supervises or regulates the physical, chemical, metabolic as well as the DNA and RNA along with the chemical secretions necessary to send the messengers to the cell receptors, these are the hormones. The interesting thing is once the hormones are in the bloodstream they roam about or circulate until they find the 'key' or target which decodes their message.

Perhaps you and I can see a pattern from the above. Firstly 'as above so below' Secondly there is no separation we are co-dependents, we are in an intimate relationship with the whole, even at the form level. Thirdly with the changing weather patterns the ELM and related frequencies, the other facets Kudulini, barometric, light energy is rapidly changing and often. Whether one thinks it is MAN Induced as in Electronic Fog and other things additives in food, horror media or the like OR it is An Evolutionary Change and there is evidence for this in the cycles of Moon, Sun, Central Sun[ it has happened before] and maybe a combination of both then the choice is yours. Whatever your choices then know that the body we live in is affected and the body clock is out of sync. If it only pollution we have the choice and can rectify it by industrial, political and education, if there is enough will to overcome greed and avarice, the lust for power and religious or devious domination. Should it be Evolutionary then there is my opinion no choice but to go along with the Process and ride it out the best we can, and the best is to Be Still and Recognise and Feel The Creative Force, God Within.

ADDENDUM:- Entrainment is another fascinating facet of science. Two examples: A famous experiment, a room was fixed with many pendulum clocks, each one with a different length pendulum, each clock was set at 12 midday and then left for three or four days, when the observers and scientists came back [ the corridor to the room was CCTV monitored to see no one came into the locked room] they found the clocks had different times but the different swings of the pendulums had been synchronised, not to any previous swing but a mean average, it seems the faster ones tried to entrain the slower ones to speed up and the slower ones tried to entrain the faster ones to slow down. The Standing waves of each caused interference patterns which then made a consensus of the average. In a different observation and not to denigrate women to an experiment, women who lived together for a while often had their menses at the same time and possibly not at their usual time but at a mean average to the collective. In cardiac wards some patients who were in the ward for other than cardiac problems entrained the cardiac's with better heart or more regular heartbeats [especially with tachycardia]. There is a correlation between religious continual intonation, brainwashing and the frequencies between Solar, Luna, planetary, with weather syndromes and phenomena.

The study of step up and down transformers and back EMF forces play their role too. In the transformer role the large coil induces the small coil in step down transformers to a smaller current by EMF interplay and visa versa, in back EMF[electro motive force or frequency] such as a coil in the old car starting coil or fluorescent light choke, the sudden switch off of the coil or choke, caused a reverse 'rush of energy' of high voltage, which in the case of the car went to the distributor and points to cause an arc and ignition and the fluorescent to the starter canister to cause an arc or flash to ignite the powders to fluoresce. The same may happen with the magnetics from the Sun to our magnetics by entrainment or as a transformer by induction as the principle is called. In this case the step down transformer. I am theorising here this is what the Japanese may have found out about the 'fall back loop' found in the Sun. With a little bit of imagination one can see to our physiology, crystallised body [water has crystals see Matsuro Emoto] and crystals hold charge and do amazing things in electronics, one can then see the interrelationships and synchronicities to the Whole Universe and our human condition. One can go on forever exploring the scientific, however, this is enough for now and perhaps it will not be of interest for everyone. Thank you for your indulgence. Geoff

Various teachers I have spoken to have identified some points of interest and difference. These can be that the serpent should not be raised without supervision, it can cause death, madness and one way to deal with it is to stop all 'all Kundulini raising practises', others say if it is random then there is no hope other that it can spontaneously cease as it mysteriously came. There are as many opinions as there are people and each person's symptomatic response is unique and peculiar to them as is the process.

What is Kundulini? Again there are many different explanations; in fact so many that I will limit it to a few. The energy lies dormant at the base of the spine and when roused begins to travel through various channels in the body, under supervision it can be directed the correct channels and as it does it 'burns 'away the dross and blockages, if not supervised it does this randomly and so can cause a chaotic cleansing and maybe too severe for the person. Having said that what then is it? And why does it lie dormant? The Universe is said to be driven by this energy, it is hot, and it is powerful and transformative, so in this sense it is evolutionary. I feel for me this is true, and it lies dormant because the 'programmed' personal agenda, our conditioning kind of keeps it in check or even suppresses it. When by intention it is raised by spiritual practices then a change of conditioned response occurs, the programme changes, this then alters the brain neurone connections or neural pathways, a new cascade of peptides arrives at cell receptors [ see previous blogs ] and toxic burn up comes to clear the way. When it is random or a spontaneous event then like say an accident, shock and so on[drug trips, severe illness and the like] it shakes up the belief systems and then rearranges the brain neurone syndrome. However there is no direction, no structure or programme and so there is chaos and it runs wild in the mind and body and so ones response is confusion, fear and then a Doctor or such like will diagnose accordingly. This can convince the person they are ill mentally or physically.

My Teachers of Budo [collective Japanese Martial Arts and my lay Zen Buddhist Monk time along with later Chinese teacher for Tai Chi and Qi Gong] have a slightly different view, Ki, Chi [Ki is Japanese, Chi is Chinese] seems to differ in the way this energy travels. The Yogic approach is that it should rise in the spine to the Crown Chakra and if doesn't then it goes to the left or right side channels [ida and pingala] causing all sorts of problems. In the Chi/Ki theory it travels through the various meridians clearing away the dross, whether Ki/Chi is the same as kundulini is debateable. My feeling is that they are the same and that the masters have seen a different way of presenting it. My teachers told me that 'those that have not been consumed by the fire in their hara/dantien will not find nirvana or wu '.

There is a connection here for some feel the kundulini/chi/ki in their solar plexus and there is a vast network of nerves that the energy can flow and burn through there [see my blog on chakra July 05]. The alchemic process is to or was to turn lead or base metal into gold in a pot or special crucible, then fire it up and add things to alchemise the process. Our bodies are the crucible and the Cosmic Energy [see March and April 2007 blog] by means of the huge solar flares and Central Sun is producing the 'heat' for this process. The connection between our solar plexus and the Central and local Sun is Unique and many are feeling the clearing pumping process as this pulses in, some can feel like palpitations , sometimes mistaken for heart ones. The process of alchemy is clear the dross, so it is a purification process, a detox, this can felt as often described in all blogs, fatigue, dizziness, heat, cold, lethargy until the body and mind have shed the dross and refined itself, eventually to Gold, which is the equivalent to spiritual Union with the Divine.

The rising of the Phoenix is a process of similar purification. The Universal Mind or Consciousness, The Beloved One, has put Kundulini/ch/ki in place as an energy to be activated and as an evolutionary tool so that through the course of Earthly time, a linear progression and sequence we may ascend so as to join with the Divine. God wishes us to Unite with Our Essence, which is God, and so through the journeys of incarnations we eventually arrive home, while the energy of the alchemic energy pushes quietly at first through experiences and then when the channels clear and the opportunity and timing is right it comes in at a blast to finally push over the last barriers and then the oneness is obtained.

The event of two world wars, a succession of wars, Vietnam, Korea, the cold war, The Gulf Wars,9/11, the Tsunami, local wars The Middle East, Terrorism, Going to the Moon and Space Photography, HIV and other huge viruses, Mrsa and all that is akin to these, is a shock[huge obesity, drug, alcohol, pollution, climate change and the like] has had a mass effect to the collective subconscious[see blog on random event generators or The Field by Lyn McTaggart] and so has raised the COLLECTIVE KUNDULINI /KI /CHI this is part of the chaos now being experienced by those who are sensitive or not to these energies and the Central Sun and Solar Sun { local } are adding to this process, the energy is enormous.

Part of the chaos we witness today is that we often feel the drug takers, gamblers, hoodies,alcoholics are insensitive, not always so, they may feel a deep unrest, like those who feel an earthquake or natural disaster or man made calamity, before hand, and not having the knowledge or understanding, turn to an addiction to shut out these strong feelings. Those who are sensitive with the knowledge they are sensitive can probably handle it differently [again blogs backdated].

The conclusion can be that the Alchemic process or whatever name we wish to give it is commensurate and concomitant and proportional to the individual mind set, spiritual attainment and incarnate Karmic accruement. This being so it would seem that as the great cycle of the Cosmos revolves, the time is right[26.000yrs, schumann resonance, magnetic pole shifts, 18 ½ moon cycle, and so on ] for a huge shift, this then ramps up the mass Kundulini and however we are able we will be swept along, and as it is stated in Star Trek, Resistance is Futile. Perhaps we can ride the waves and as that Great Hopi Prophesy states 'There is a river running very fast, jump in and do not hold onto the banks, this river has its own destination, see who is in the river with you and celebrate — we are the people we are waiting for.'

ADDENDUM:- There is now a difference in approach to what is called the Ascension Process or as I was given ' The New Aquarian Resurrected Light Body ' this being in 1967, the process as written in all blogs is similar to the Ascension Process. Different writers in their blogs express it differently, like with the UFO story and the like, no one writer has the whole, take a mean average view and the truth will approximate to it, and it is right to have differing views.

The process of transformation differs as from the many cycles in the Earth's History, a few have done this before, Jesus, Moses, Krishna, Mohammed, and other great beings, in so far as the astral, emotional and logic sheathes are being burnt away, so the ' veil ' to other dimensions is less dense, so that the Alchemic process [collective name for Kundulini/Ki/ Chi] can be directed now by higher frequency beings and the information input being downloaded through the auspices of the Central and local Sun via the Cosmic Consciousness. Those who are sensitive to the process and understand it is a transformation taking place en masse or at least a greater proportion of the population, will appreciate it is not as random and confusing as before, and will see the consciousness' raising as we travel towards 2012. The switching on will continue [ see March April 2007 blogs] and as the 97 percent of the DNA gets sequentially switched on and areas of the brain 'lit up' then when the mind set is complete, a new world can reconstructed, first a mind clean up then the physical world clean up.

Some feedback from the March 2007 article and perhaps to take it along, I feel the invasion by the Melchedekens and the era that they instituted is a correlation to the Old Testament account of the 'Fall' and the Sitchin event of the twelfth planed inhabitants [as you know I feel the account by Prof Sitchin of the invasion differs from my account see March 2007] from then onwards the genetic manipulation and the subsequent sequences more or less fit. My contention is that Atlantis was the same era as the melchedekens and that the twelfth planet people were the Atlanteans that no one can accurately put a time date on this. My reasons for this is as follows;- Over the last fifty years I have travelled to sacred sites and investigated the Grail, The Ark, The Avalon and so forth only to find that different authors, esoteric explorers propounded their ideas and were led to different locations, and yes, they did have an element of truth in their theories. What I feel is that the Grail, Ark, Avalon and so on is an all pervasive energy consciousness picked up by sensitives and conducted through the ley lines and impregnated in power points, which are the nodules to disseminate these frequencies of information through the planet. Many people are unblocking and realigning these now [such as Phil Medley] and then aligning them with star gates. So when people talk about the second coming I feel it will be a Heart Love Energy which is World orientated and not a specific person, hopefully a mass consciousness. So therefore Atlantis was planetary wide.

It is mentioned in the Old Testament that Mosses' face shone and he wore special headgear when he descended with the second set of commandments, he spoke to Aaron mind to mind. Moses sat a lot in the Tent of Meeting, also that if anyone touched the Ark of the Covenant, some six to ten weeks later their skin peeled, they came out in boils and their bones crumbled and calcified. Could this be radio active poisoning? In the New Testament it mentions the transfiguration of Jesus on the Mount [before the crucifixion] and like with Moses, the shining and transformation were similar. The process I have continually spoken of in all my blogs is this transformation, alchemic, ascension process, could this be that we in time [I give a time date of 150 years] will transform into a next step of evolution equating in form to Moses and Jesus? Are the high energies now the 'heat' of the Alchemic process? Are we indeed moving towards a first real sighting of the New Aquarians in 2012? Is this year when we will be at the centre of The Central Sun and the Solar maximum the intense energy to ' alchemise' and push many of us on our awakening? In earlier blogs I mentioned that in 1967 I got that we will 'wear a new body, the new Aquarian resurrected Light body, it will eventually be androgynous and the forerunners would appear from 1999 onwards'. The process for light workers and sensitive's would be in many cases painful such as the ones described elsewhere, others as the process went on would find it easier, the energies would accrue in intensity until 2012. 2036 and 2075[last chance] these energies would stir up all ancient Karma and animosity with unfinished business; some would find they cannot take the energies and would leave the planet or get into madness and mindless distraction. [This information was given out in the 70's in our mag at the time Universal Approach]. The journey towards the Central Sun is being noted by scientists who through Solar Flares and the immense energy emissions from The Central Sun could cause a danger to the ISS and general Satellite communications, not withstanding our bodies, climate and so forth.

The Central Sun, I feel is an intelligent Information Source as is our Sun and a few facts to give a sense of the enormity of its radiation. The mass of The Central Sun is a million times the mass of our Sun and as such is difficult to track stars under the enormous gravity of this super massive black hole. Research shows the enormous effect on the human heart [see www.springlink.com www.healoliver.com Nexus – The Schumann Resonance and Human Psychology. The Radiation from these giant bodies in my opinion intensifies the planetary, full/new moon and therefore the 'firing up 'of the alchemic process which is the process of Kundilini. [Sometimes spelt kundalini, google it see Biology of Kundulani: Cosmic Influences.] In this article you can read a repeat of the technical scientific facts that were in earlier blogs, some in more detail that I did for my degree.

Research into the interrelationship, interdependence, ecological, organic process driven on by Cosmic Energy, the holistic process, the complete Cosmic Ecological Evolutionary spiral, and note that the Kundalini moves in spirals as do galaxies, the caduceus, the helical, the snake as in the cloning story[March 2007] the natural evolutionary 'way ' of the Cosmos is 'as above, so below' 'the macro to micro', so the turn around the 26,000 year cycle is proportional to the event that is now occurring. As our galaxy, our planet is having to take the leap or input of this Cosmic Kundalini so our bodies will have to follow, whether we are aware of it or not. The sensitive's who are aware of the process will not necessarily have a 'ticket' to salvation, many as have been said before could burn out or up, some fall from the process. Others who are not aware at all will in the course of time meet their fate in whatever destiny has in store. Should we not have the critical mass by the dates given above then the planet will go onto to be a burnt out sterile place.

Repetitive Mantras have been shown to set up magnetic fields which are blueprints of information[see Rupert Sheldrake, Harold Saxton-Burr] so by this fact we can see that as the Cosmos is one intelligent information network, which shares its information with its entirety, then the Central Sun as our Sun, planets and so on are Intelligent beings in their own right, perhaps it is human beings in their arrogance and assumed intellectual superiority that feel that the Cosmos is dead matter and we are the sole form of intellectual awareness in the Universe. No wonder with this attitude we are in such a mess. Unfortunately it is most of the scientists who have this stubborn resistance to being open minded and bigoted along with the indoctrinated religious authorities. [There have been a few priests who have bucked the set piece and as in Science thrown out of the halls of academia or religious institutions]. [March 2007 blog on Leeds University only now finding out about the influence of the moon. In another blog I mentioned the work of Yens Yergil[forgive spelling] who years ago did experiments in Switzerland and Tenerife that showed the effects of the procession of the planets on the endocrinal and Chakra system.

Close research will show the interrelationship with medical procedures and certain cosmic events, and in the future Doctors will do surgery and examinations on days that are conducive to their procedures. [See article on Biology of Kundolini:Cosmic Influences]. I have seen in laboratories the cadence flows of neuropeptides in various Cosmic Displays, the influence can be seen very clearly. Solar Flare days can raise blood pressures as does a rise in Ascension energies; a Doctor on this occasion could prescribe drugs which are unnecessary.

Lately many people have contacted me about the 'energy symptoms '[see Karen Bishops blog throughout Feb.2007 in her energy alerts]. Research has found that behind the sinus is the ethmoid bone close to pineal and pituitary and is sensitive to Earth micro pulsations which is sensed in the region of the sinuses and perhaps conveyed to the glands as above. [See earlier blogs re the thalamus/calcium cycles and other bio cycles]. I mention this because so many have complained about their sinuses, back of neck and lower back. Just to reiterate, as we go to the Central Sun and our Local Sun belts out huge flares reaching its end cycle of eleven years to a solar maximum, then the up step in Cosmic Radiation which I feel could be named Cosmic Information or Kundolini, this in turn will 'switch' on areas of unused brain mass[not all at once but in orchestrated sequence]which in turn will alter the Neuropeptide cascade, which in its turn will turn on some of the dormant 97 per cent ET DNA as it were, so causing the PH balance to oscillate and new cell receptors to appear and old chemical messages to be flushed out, this causing the eliminatory organs to be overworked, hence, plenty of rest, gentle rhythmic exercise, drink water, light foods[although the occasional heavy food required for grounding]. This then a rough synopsis of the process, there is much more. This may not be to everyone's liking, some find interesting and helpful to understand and help the process along.

As we become more attuned and absorb more of the upgraded information, we will become more sensitive to the natural rhythms and cycles, these in their turn would have been upgraded and so a new sensitivity would arrive, not having been experienced in our present history. The old patterns will feel old and stale, many have shared the fact that foods, pleasures, fads are not fulfilling, and yes, this is so as new vibration input is injected into the food chain and our new activated DNA accommodates the upgrade and recalibrates taste buds, receptor centres and the whole biological process. So a refurbishing, realignment and total process of Cosmic Evolutionary propensities powers in to bring us in line with the changes throughout our Cosmic Unit.

So who were Moses, Jesus and other great Adepts and Great Beings in human form? Let us deal with Moses first. In the March 2007 blog it is mentioned that an attempt was made to put the peoples on a moral path, this being the ten commandments, modified on the second approach [read the old Testament], the fingers of fire could have been lasers, Moses may have had 'treatment' he was picked from an ordinary human family and because of his character and sincerity picked for the job. The question is who picked him for the job? In the blogs I have mentioned the council or parliament on Sirius comprised of intelligent Life Form Beings from our quadrant of the Galaxy, they knew about the invasion of the Earth and could have eradicated the invading Melchidekens[ the fall to Earth as in the Old Testament], they decided not to use force but to wait until an auspicious time, now, until the energies were right and let the natural Cosmic Intelligential to perform the necessary sequential transformations, like when a mistake is made turn it around into an opportunity for growth, a learning curve and so on. Reading Prof Sitchin and agreeing with the fact that not all the twelfth planet [Melchidekens to my account] was evil, in fact there were two factions; one of them was quite generous and humane. These were approached by the 'Council 'and Earths Hierarchy [explain in another blog] and it was decided that a cloned Earthling or Melchedeken , the same now, would be chosen as He would relate to the situation and so Moses was selected, trained for the job and introduced in this part of the world the One Creative Life Force God, The Invisible Creative One. This was done elsewhere by others [explain in another blog].

Jesus was not selected by the Earth Hierarchy or approached by the Melchideken authorities. He was directly elected by the 'Council' and agreed by the Earth Hierarchy and so was implanted as in the Virgin Birth. He was not given Instructions like Moses, but had a direct 'Line 'to Source. Similarities can be found in other cultures of this account of a Divine Christ Like figure who may have been Jesus or other Masters of the same ilk, sent by 'The Council'. In fact Jesus spoke of an army of beings; he also said he could not be taken if he did not want to. He was and is a member of the Great White Brotherhood [here white stands for spiritual and not to race]. To my mind The Great White Brotherhood is the 'the council on Sirius '.

I realise this may offend some people, throw a light on for some, some will say rubbish, some may feel its good science fiction, the choice is yours. I apologise sincerely for any offence it may have caused, and to the intellectual academia, an insult to your reasoning and intelligence, however, in the interest of mind expansion and new approaches a true explorer and researcher will welcome seemingly naïve and perhaps childish concepts, I did say in the beginning I was becoming more child like, however, I do feel there is a consideration for the above to be considered, pondered over and researched with the references given. ADDENDUM: - There is a crystalline substance in the ethmoid which is sensitive to changes in the Schumann, Solar, seismic frequencies and it has been found that some nerve endings secrete more acetylcholine, a white crystalline compound released when one nerve ending transmits to another, this may increase during intense energetic fluctuations, this is another aspect of our crystalline bodies and its receptor and memory storing propensities. The physiology is non ending as it were when deep studies are done with openness and desire to see the miraculous in the holistic organic way we interact with the environment and Universe. GF

The writer on joining the forensic teams was told by several scientists that they thought our DNA had sometime in the past been tampered with, and I should refrain from telling anyone as I would be laughed at, ridiculed and so, this came to be true. The year I was told this was 1983 and I had already been given this information in 1967 writings and in my UFO research throughout the late 60's. As is my want, I did workshops on this, and with Gilly Wells my late partner, Howard, Gwen and George Murray, we spread the word through a small print machine magazine named Universal Approach, which finished in 1983. One of the most wonderful connections we had through this magazine was sending via a circuitous route to Sopot in Poland, where it was secreted in car manuals so as not be found by the secret police.

In the May 2005 blog I wrote my findings about the UFO Story with research and mentioned it there. If you follow the links to Lloyd Pye [ Star child Project ] and the writings of Zachariah Sitchin (I have a difference of opinion with Prof. Sitchin, I feel the twelfth Planet was in our Solar System and it was named Melchedek, other than that I broadly agree with him regarding the DNA manipulation. Regarding his interpretation of the wars between the rival factions, Enlil and so on, I have other views, to be aired more fully another time). I feel the Earth was inhabited by Big Foot and Yeti type Beings and that the Melchidekens did a DNA experiment to alter their appearance to look like them, the first results being the various types of "types of old stone people". Eventually with enough tweaking, hey presto, halleluiah, several models later, us, the first hybrid, cloned, replica, yes almost grown in a Petri dish, I feel some of the 'abominations to the Lord' are in deep underground caves [which were found by the late Col.Fawcett and his son with his great nephew Timothy Patterson and Col. Tom Walsh ] and are the so called Greys and soon with the advances of deep cave potholing will be discovered. We have the ET DNA and hereditary hand me downs of a warlike, arrogant, power ego race which blew itself up and destroyed its planet and is on course to repeat this now, however, thanks to certain circumstances this may not happen.

Adam and Lilith were the first clones, the tree of life the DNA genome, the snake the double helical, and the apple, the file or procedure containing the genetic modification, in other words the introduction of the first Human GM. Unfortunately the label does not read "no GM material used in this product." What a legacy! To add a further misnomer, Lilith did not like being subservient to men [Adam] she went away and became the Amazons, so a subservient female was produced, Eve. That is changing and this will appear later.

I can just hear the shouts from orthodox scientists, religious leaders and outraged people. Lloyd Pye'S book "Everything You Know Is Wrong" is a fabulous read. I know Lloyd Pye, albeit briefly, he is a very sincere and truth seeking man. If the articles above, Lloyd, Sitchin, Chang, Crick, Myself and other's are correct then it means history, religion, our origins are questionable. Can you imagine what lengths the 'authorities' would go to, to eliminate and suppress the above and the researchers.

The story of Babylon is the story of human cloned ignorance and a code had to be blueprinted to stop the madness then and today, an attempt was made, the ten commandments, a punishing God, separation and religious/politico innuendoes that rule by fear, punishment retribution, sin and hell with damnation, hence the mess we are in today.

In the May 2005 blog it says that the Pleiadian and Earth Hierarchies will wait until 2012, 2036 and 2075 [last chance or window] this will be explained later. An interesting article appeared in the National Geographic on DNA and our connection to feline DNA (June 1997). Hopefully I will attempt a tie up later in the article.

In September 2005 blog I mention the effects of weather sensitivity and how they are similar to ascension or transmutation symptoms. I feel that they maybe similar, however, the causes are different, the trick is to discern or differentiate between them. There is a lot of evidence coming in about the influence of the Full Moon [thirty years late, many scientists and researchers were vilified for this, I being one of them] and also now research as above shows the effects of storm fronts and so on. Some suffer asthma attacks before storms, and lightening can cause havoc [see symptoms in article Sept.2005], there are websites which list Ascension symptoms and weather related symptoms. Fif Hugenholtz has a great website for clicking onto direct sites as does Jeremiah Lindsay Blog{Google name and you will get them, Karen Bishop, Celia Fenn, Shala Mata also touch on these}. The way I discern the energetic effects are barometrically, planetary, dowsing, the numbers of e-mails, faxes that synchronisticaly arrive from around the globe. Usually if the weather is different globally then I feel it is an energy surge of some sort, as distinct from a weather condition or a Full or New Moon, 11.11 days equinoxes, rare conjuncts or planetary line up arrays. High or Low barometric conditions can bring on high/low blood pressure and so forth. There maybe outcries;- "Well you are all plugged into a collective mind set and you are picking each other up and so on". I feel the people I am connected with are sensitive and intuitive enough to know their own feelings [Eckhart Tolle has a point "tuning into another's pain body, so be present" or "looking intently without opinion, observation without bias"],summing this up, there is a huge input of energies, New Aquarian Cosmic Energies. Massive solar flares (X-9 factor the highest ever, the western governments never informed us of it, yet the East were told because it can cause cardio vascular discomfort especially with pace makers, the sudden shifts in climate/weather changes, the body clock must be going crazy. Which season are we in now? Nature is having a ball as well. We have pollution, media hype, electronic fog and the chem. Trails and so on. [Nexus, David Ike and others will gladly fill you in]. Blog March2005 will also give some measurements of the rising energy frequencies which they claim emanate from an unknown source.

The source of the Aquarian or inputs of energies [all my blogs] are connected to our journey as a planet and solar system towards the Central Sun. Strictly speaking it is not a Sun but a massive, massive, massive energy source, which scientists and esoterics agree on, some call this source Alcyon. Our Sun and Solar System travel around this Huge Source in a 26.000year cycle and guess what? The Earth lines up with this smack bang centre on December 21 2012. This year Pluto will line up with the Centre on December 21 2007. The journey towards the centre has meant that as we get nearer the energy is intensified. (A good source to read is Dr Percy Seymour "Astrology The Scientific Evidence," a former astronomer at an Observatory.)

There is research going on and indeed some have ratified it, that as a planet is exposed to the Central Sun, its harmonics, and intensity is heightened, so astrologically speaking the influences of the planets and their alignments are incrementally increased. Incidentally some research shown by ice drillings at the Poles suggest that we have seen this warming climate change before, concomitantly and commensurate with schumann fluctuations, moon and sun cycles and so on [all my blog], however the difference this time being that technology and pollution add another factor in the equation.

We now come to the new planets, Quaoar, Sedna. Orcus, Eris and Chiron[one of the many centaurs found]. According to many esoteric astrologers, astrology will have to be upgraded, and indeed I had my chart done by a very experienced esoteric astrologer and it really gave answers that I have wondered about for years. To round this off a bit;- The impact of weather changes, pollution of all kinds, moving towards the Central Sun, the up step frequencies from planetary influences[especially full/new moon and so forth is huge on the body/mind systems.] Plenty of rest, good food, moderate exercise, sleep well and so on is so important, a very good network of friends to share and support are of paramount importance. NASA has some great information on the pole magnetism, weather stuff and so forth, or just Google in these subjects.

Coming back to UFO and Cosmology and a question raised before. If we were invaded thousands of years ago [Sitchin, myself] genetically modified and the powers to be knew about this why was a rescue mission not launched? See my answer to this May 2005 blog, however, it would appear they were waiting for 2012, 2036 and last chance 2075 for the line up to the Central Sun and the effect that the information coming from the Sun [ our one – all frequency is information or contains information ] and the extra-ordinary planetary arrays {grand cross 1999, the pentagrams last seen 550 years ago, the discovery of six new planets and comet McNaught, plus other arrays not seen since 1780 and so on} has been an enabling instrument in awakening the DNA dormant in us. I FEEL the 97 percent of our DNA that is ET is actually being gradually awakened and they are coded inside us to be awoken by Cosmic Signals as above. This was known by the Pleidian Council of Intergalactic Governments [crude term] and the energies would be ripe for the burning out of the cloning [see blog February 2005], the sheathes of logic, astral, intellectual would be burned off and the gap filled by the tele powers and intuitive faculties [Jonathan Cainer states that 2007 could be a breakthrough in telepathy and levitation with other scientific breakthroughs, new comets have heralded new ways. Some astrologers are saying that 2007 is rehearsal for 2012]. There are already amazing harmless technologies in the wings, blocked by the power hungry, money-mad enterprises. When we are brought to our knees with the threat of extinction or an awakened society, then and only then will we save the planet and ourselves. The CODES ARE IN THE 97 PERCENT, THEY ARE NOT WASTE MATERIAL LEFT OVER BY THE ET, YES SOME OF IT IS AND THAT IS BEING BURNT OFF. The triggers are the energies and the Intergalactic Council knew this and is prepared to wait for the dates as above.

2012 will see the first real prototype Aquarian humans, 2036 the second wave and 2075 the march towards the transformed Aquarian resurrectional Light Body Human Form Being. When there is an awakened humanity, ET will then openly appear and help rebuild a ravished world, if we do not make it[ we have free will] then the burnt out world will appear to be like other deserted planets and life will appear somewhere else in order to fulfil its purpose. The Intuitive Awakened Ones will be linked to source, each a member of the Orchestra the Conductor being the Creative Life Force.

As we speed towards the Central Sun many more will be "triggered" and the new DNA patterns awakened, new chakras opened and the old world transformed into the paradise It Has The Potential To Be.

Just in:- several people have phoned to say that their sleep patterns have been severely disrupted and that they have had like a computer download of information, in the 1967 writings it refers to this as "the information is downloaded into the cellular system that deals with the next piece of information sequence and is put on hold until needed or filed away, a signal or trigger will activate it."

PSS. I realised some of you may not know Gilly Wells. Gill and I were married unofficially as it were at Findhorn. Gwen and George Murray let us use their house for meetings and keeping the small Adana Press in. George and I developed the sanctuary in the huge loft and built some crystallised machinery, we had hundreds of visitors. Howard helped us and we had a meditation night on Monday evenings. HOTNEWS:- Scientists Alessandra Ceruti and Paul Kitner from Cornell University say that in 2011 and 2012 the sun's solar flares will peak at the end of its 11 year cyclic change, this is called the solar maximum. They have met with The Institute Of Navigation [Sept. 28 2006] in order to discuss the possibilities regarding navigational matters i.e. the upgrading of satellite instruments, aircraft, ships, GPS systems.

The collective content of me, which I term the ego, held together by fear and superiority, which needs to justify itself and build defence/ offence mechanisms, which in its modus operand can breed wars, separation and isolation, loneliness and barriers to accessing the real self. In this respect then the 1967 inspired writings are no longer needed, nor dates, nor planetary line ups. In the dual world of polarities we live in we need a raft at times, however, when reaching the other shore, which is not content, the furniture of the room as it were, but the space in which this is witnessed, the silent viewer, space being analogous to awareness, the room being the setting in this reality. I needed this raft, it also gave me the picture and the ideas with images to egoically cling onto life as I cognised it then, and was not ready to make the leap into what appeared to be a void of nothingness (which I might add that my Teachers urged me to do), which is experienced more as inner peace and joy, not a cop out, a distraction from what is. On the contrary the ' is ' is more vivid, more alive, it is seen as it is because there is less of 'background' buzz or pop up blocker which analyses, criticises and which in turn distorts the 'is' into a creation of my own programming.

In retrospect the 1967 writings and subsequent meanderings contained the message, a deep infrastructure emergence, that an AWAKENING was imminent, that was clear to me, it seemed that this had to unfurl, and the way it was and is that a gradual breakdown of the paradigms, the way of Living, needed to change, maybe technology, fast foods, travel, the internet, the migrations, wars and conflicts, were and are signs of a breakdown, a meltdown, and this means radical change in the way we live, it is obvious that the way we are now is not working, we need radical shifts in consciousness. Young people I speak to tell me the old boundaries are inadequate and the new ones punitive, so where are the solutions? I feel they are in a change from content, the rules, disciplines laid down outside in law, prisons, senior figures being corrupt and multinationals raping the Earth for profit, only give a picture of doom and gloom. There is an internal inner space where a joy and altruistic love can be found, compassion, lightness which is satisfying and does not seek gratification and self esteem in obtaining MORE, acquisition, greed, lust and power. Acquiring objects to live through until the novelty wears off, things that rust and decay (even our bodies) desperately trying to keep them young, a new object with more gadgets, to give a sense of 'being' and yet a loneliness in a deep knowing this is only temporary and I have to work hard, get more money to feed the addiction of acquiring, becoming more in possessions, less in being.

The 1967 experience with the monks at Samye Ling exposed me to Tibetan culture as in subsequent years (scroll back) having had Japanese and Chinese teachers. The Tibetans say that their invasion broke open the can so that the cultures can infiltrate and mix with other migratory cultures, the melting pot, this takes in 'form reality' time, which is the product of form, time is measured in a sense to the rate of decay or death, or against something faster or slower or stationary. The witness to time is timelessness, an internal witness, empty and yet aware. The space in which time arises in the shape of form is who we are, we are the space that allows creation in the form of form to arise, live a while and sink back to the emptiness it came from, not an oblivion but a witness to creation. For Death to Be, an Eternal Witness has to Be. We live in a dual sense, the form that seems solid and belies its true nature of temporal existence and highly visible and the witness, an awareness undying unformed and Eternal and indestructible — invisible. This is the great mystery of Life, and if we let it be, not trying to analyse it, define it, register it, scientifically explain it, experience it in its pristine form, just being with it, then a magic moment arises, we can become one with it, let it be, and we can then experience its essence.

Looking at the new physicists and the work in the 'the bleep' 'rabbit hole' icons 2006' and the bio photon stuff and so forth, it seems that at the quantum vacuum there are or is activity, standing waves, fluctuations, motion. I feel there is a beyond that, yes, intensionalising the latest play word, yes it works. How do we know what we are intending is not in opposition to others intending? This could cause more duality, opposition and conflict. This is another reason to leave out my qualifications all this information is now on the internet, I can just refer to the website and then this leaves my 'head' as it were in peace.

The most insidious aspect in the separated mind is to win power by putting someone else down. I went into blame in another article. In the realm of politics, put downs are common, winning points on some poll. Scientists regularly put down, without proof, or investigation something that is not seemingly credible. Many of the new physics 'proponents' were thrown out of their jobs, ridiculed because they broke new ground, seemingly a threat to their colleagues, and I have met some 'stuck' scientists who confessed in private they agreed but were afraid to 'come out' . During my 45 years of workshops, lectures, client therapy. I have been saint, saviour, evil personified, a quack, vilified, that's OK, so now where am I? I don't really know, however it feels a whole lot better than being somewhere. It is freer, less baggage to carry around. I can put the baggage into the lock up, or dump it, who knows? This space is not definable but can be experienced, and the experience is peace.

The world today is full of power struggles, a poll of young people thought that being a celebrity is fantastic, the X Factor APPEAL many celebrities felt that the price of fame had its downside. Being important, recognised can be a sucker blow as the more one is recognised outside, the inside recognition of ones self can be diminished, the recipient feeds from the outside, the world of moth and decay. Today's star, yesterdays forgotten idol. The sad stories of fallen greatly admired pop stars, footballers and others who become addicted to sex, drugs and fear of anonymity. Maybe our own head programmes leave us let down, as we ignore who we are fundamentally to seek outside goals that perish and die in the course of time. The tale of a beggar who sat at the city gates, a pleasant person, and used to get many gifts, at his death a hole was dug to bury him where he begged for years, and lo and behold, there was a treasure. Maybe looking for handouts all the time in the sense of approval, with the weapons of put-downs, power games, hidden agendas, superiority, acquisition, hunger to be the top banana, I am right you are wrong, my religion, sect, cult is right the others are trash, quacks, false prophets, anything controversial is threatening, must be denounced, burnt at the stake, dunked in the witches pool, put in stocks and pilloried, maybe this has to be aired in order that we might move on, not feel threatened, listen without prejudice, allow it to be, yes listen to those who oppose and with compassion realise that the fear that is felt is built on the past which has become a habit, a programme, feels safe until threatened. If we stick to the past, evolution cannot take place, although it will come through. The man who walked in front of the first car and train with a flag, where is he now? He can be found in the put downers, yes its true some things are harmful, and what is harmful? That which binds a person to fear, pain, hurt and against natures plan for Life, that is detrimental to the survival of the race and natures species in order to gain wealth and prestige to the detriment of another's God Given right to be equals in the bounty that Life has given us.

The powerful energies now are causing turmoil, and yet in that turmoil we may find the content are not needed, a time of shedding, and the courage to leave the space vacant. The powerful solar flares, the comet, the endings of six major cycles, the climate changes and the histrionics in the media and yet underneath the feeling of a breakthrough as the meltdown of an archaic worn out age and its ideals come to a close and a new way enters, fresh spruce pristine and giving fresh life to those who falter by the wayside. The ice is gradually melting and as we claim our birthright our heritage our natural God Given Inheritance we shall emerge as a new humanity. What will this look like or be? During this time a wonderful insight came, it was not stress but excitement as if an expectancy were emerging, some felt a Cosmic event, some felt a miraculous occurrence, many felt there was an expectancy to a higher consciousness, a minority felt that there would be a calamity and tsunami or such like. I found that tuning into the joy of this energy a feeling of deep love encompassed me.

I had a follow up to my loving myself experience, I accepted my spiritual self, who I am as a Spiritual person, not religious not having psychic gifts or any other special aspects, but rather having all of them as a natural propensity to the being I am. This I felt was a next step. Again this opened a whole new layer, as if opening a file, all the doubts and fears about the ' psychic and spiritual ' realms dissipated, they were as natural as loving myself. I found as with the love experience I was not who I used to be.

Then came a shattering experience or two, I got involved in some current headline news stuff, this took me into the world of forensics, psychotronics, bio photon research and similar kinds of things, linking up with my past and research for degrees and so on. I felt nausea, head clogged, sick, heavy and tired, as if I had been sleep deprived, I had restless dreams and nightmares and I realised this is the end, the intellectual and academic buzz had gone, I yearned for an empty clear mind, and the peace that passes beyond all understanding. Many others had similar experiences. The past was a heavy weight and now was the time to let it go, and how many times does this arise?

This was such a fundamental shift that I knew I had to physically remove the symptoms of my past and like some recovering alcoholics I used to counsel, who still kept the statuary bottle in the cupboard as a reminder, I had to remove mine. The diplomas that are of my academic achievements are symbols of past and now irrelevant technical details, all these can now be retrieved from the internet, so I dismantled them and ceremonially burnt them. I felt relieved and born anew. Now I am who I am without an academic reference. I am hoping I can remove the degrees from the heading to energy grid to my blog and just leave those that are relevant now.

During this time of involvement with the past I had to contact scientists, various organisations, and of course I took my degrees under our family name, the hassle, and then, in meetings, the usual questions, ' so where did you get your PH.D, what do you do now and so on '? I found this not polite but intrusive, not who am I as a person '? A measuring up of the ego in pecking order, a defensive defence threat cover up, and then when doing my spiel, the arms and legs crossed. The frowns and non acceptance of new ideas on an old subject. This is very judgemental I realise that and I apologise, it is because I found it a threat too. I realised neither of us could listen to the new or old, we were set in our ways, each defending their own corner. I realised this is the world situation and to go beyond my stance, their stance, of not listening, not a new solution was needed in technique or political policy, what we or I needed was to come from a different place in consciousness. To be in the still open place and allow the ' soul,' the heart, to speak' to go beyond logic and technique, to be like a wise child. Now I knew what it meant to be my spiritual self, now I knew what it was and is to love myself. I do not feel now I have to have the back up of my certificates, my old knowledge is fast out of date if not keeping up with the latest research, I feel I am racing to a different consciousness, losing academic knowledge to the intuitive realm ( scroll back to burning off of the sheaves or sheaves ).

Meanwhile Cosmic Arrays of Planets and Huge inputs of Energy Bursts continue to play their part in the breakdown of the old order and the breakthrough of a new kind of Political World Order into a 'SOUL INSPIRED' World order, this not being political, religious, spiritual, agnostic or ecological, but a kind of each being linked to their centre like spokes to the hub, then what I feel-know is what we all feel-know. To be like this we have to drop our defences, our agendas, and our self interest, our stances, our mind games, this is what I feel 2007 might offer us.

Just recently I gave up driving and owning a car, I am fortunate to have 8 buses pass my door, the tube up the road, and the train down the road, a freedom pass, and a senior rail pass. The money and hassle saved is valuable. I have had a anxiety and panic attack type thing when packed in like sardines in the tube, strong aftershaves, perfumes, and dare I say it many unhappy people not liking their jobs, many hung and drug over, nervous looks when anyone comes in looking like a archetype terrorist as presented by the media and the home secretary saying with the Met.Police Commissioner, " we are on high alert, it is not if another attack it is when " Paraphrasing that with we are expecting some 30 attempts this Christmas, we are not trying to frighten you but to put you on alert. I shared this with Andrew and he said (not exact words)' have you considered it is not a problem with you, you maybe are one of the few who are sensitive and feel these deep undercurrents, others maybe are cut off from this level of feeling, and if they were not maybe we would not be in the state we are in '. Thank you Andrew it released me from 'What's wrong with me.' I haven't had such a fear and panic since, I accepted my sensitivity and there was nothing wrong with me, also it answered a number of childhood problems as well.

This led me to another insight I have had many times. Travelling recently from London on a busy route to the country, a few fast trains sped past packed, a man had his laptop open working away with his mobile ringing every five minutes. I looked at people in their houses, working in the streets, in their cars. I thought what a crazy world. Where are we speeding to? The Earth speeding to? What is the outcome? Death? What have I they achieved? Is it important to achieve success? Does it bring lasting satisfaction or a quest for more to fill the gap of non fulfilment? Why am I here? Then I knew, I am not here to achieve anything, I am traveller, a tourist, I am here to experience all this, look, observe, enjoy or not, not hold on and pass along to the next. The quest is not about accumulating but to experience and to move on, to be alive and present to each moment and to know that this is the content of my life, not Life Itself. The furniture in my room is the content; I am the experience, the observer of it. I am the awareness not the content of the awareness, Iam the screen not the image. A hypothetical question. What if we all knew deep down that the contents rusts, decays, is temporary, subject to time, and that the observer, the witness is eternal, non collecting and hoarding, free and eternal, would the world be the same?

Recently the usual games of the UN, Codex, and the EU and government bodies have come up with the vitamin, supplement, fluoride issues, and many NGO's who have attended these meetings have shared with me that the so called official bodies are jittery and that the awakening is mighty and the officials' are shaking a bit at the ground swell. Many take side swipes at homeopathy and bio photon work, Korotkov and such like can prove it. Wonderful new things like GDV, light therapy, meridian findings, cosmic fluctuations, and cheap solar panels are on the horizon. A new breed of politician needed, new bosses of Industry, a brave New Paradigm is needed and is fast arising from the infrastructure. The seeds that have been planted in the desert are sprouting, the winds of change are pushing down, uprooting the old stale worn out 'stuff' this being the fertiliser, the compost of the new,' before we wait for the outside to change we must live it from the inside, not as a theory but as a reality, that is who we are not who we are trying to be. If we are aware, present, mindful, a natural mind, then we are in alignment with ecology, ourselves, everyone everywhere. I feel this growing in me, I felt these things years ago, I felt alone in this, now as it proliferates I feel joined into something, not tangible but nevertheless real, in fact much more real than if it were words, writings, a theory, it as if from the depths of me, which is the depths of everyone else, the flotsam and jetsam is clearing and arising from these depths are and is a collective new paradigm and collective consciousness. The collective will not be joined to the material top surface but to the deep 'SOUL' Being in us which works from a different perspective, not from logic and technique but from intuition, inspiration sweetened with and overlaid with unconditional heart energy.

When an Idea or an organisation springs to Life it has to be carried on. Like water if it remains stagnant it becomes bitter, rancid and putrefies. Life has to be a river, renewing itself or it crystallises, becomes stagnant. Winter the time of sleep and the miracle of hibernation, the spring of new Life, the buds, the blossoming, the fruiting, now the beginning of the 2007, the renewal, the chance to ' catch ' the energy of the new. 2500yrs of energy now in its crumbling crystalline form, the river is silted up , clogged, now is the chance to renew ourselves, not a makeover, which is merely change of image, only to be made over again when that is displeasing, or a new icon appears who we have to base our reality upon. Are we displeased with who we are? Who is out there we want to be? When they fade into anonymity who shall we copy then? Trying to be someone else or an imaginary being from fantasy only causes the schism between who we really are and who we are not. The Heart Chakra energy is strong and I feel the seed of Love growing, go deep within and feel this cosmic star seed germinating, water it with deep attention and loving care, the Gardner of our flowering souls. Then renewing energy the 'spice of life 'is not found outside, it is in the well of the soul, deep down, and as we breathe and with each breath we flood our being and draw from the well the spring of Life, nothing may change much on the outside, however, inside the fresh sweet waters seep through the mind and body and that extraordinary joy and bliss, waters and cultivates our joy de vivre.

I know when I feel stagnant and get caught up in old patterns my knees feel arthritic and crack, my joints ache and so on, and then I feel this renewal as I make contact with who and what I am The River Of Life, that runs deep through my being, into my cellular structure my frame and my Mind, it is then I know I am a Light Being temporarily inhabiting a human flesh body, I am an Eternal Witness to the Creation of What Is Wherever I am the Observer, then a melting into the sea of All Knowing, and as the Sufi saying goes ' Glorious Sun Why Are You Setting ? ---Only To Rise Again '.

Addendum;- There have been many planetary things going on, I will not go into them again but mention huge solar flares, see websites on this a big x-9 one which the west was not told about, can affect health.

1) everything has its beauty perhaps it is not seen because it is covered up by personal ambition.

2) our own agendas distort reality, cause separation and isolation, this is the breeding ground for violence, ugliness and defence/offence.

3) a mind that sings with the dazzling joy, is an empty intuitive mind. This mind is harmless and extremely creative. GF

The main shift is that the heart chakra has been opened up to receive more of the upgrade frequencies this can be felt by some as palpitations, throat tightness and irritations. ( as usual check with a health practioner and do not just assume all is new frequencies ). The article I wrote about the love I felt for myself did not leave in ecstatic peace ( it did for a while ) however, it uncovered a can of worms and opened them, however instead of being aghast, ashamed, guilty and unforgiving, it was allowed to vent out with compassion.

The next phase seems to be a special kind of light, not bio photon light, not atmospheric light, artificial light or the light of joy one experiences in Meditation, no this is more the light of the soul. In other articles I described the upgrade of light from the more powerful sun energies to the optic nerve to thalamus cycle and so on, no this light comes from the soul which has been exposed as it were by the burning off of the false patterns. Many have mentioned the sweating, intense heat ( not weather or health related, nor to age ) and in earlier article it was described how this worked.

This energy is a carrier wave, a raft that brings on its wings, soul contact, this replaces the lower astral sheath and ushers in a higher form of intuition and knowing, upgrading the gut feeling. In earlier articles it was mentioned these sheaves would be burnt off in the alchemic process. This energy has had the effect of realigning the way we view the world and perhaps a symptom of this is strange eye symptoms and a feeling of not being in contact with the old world . The patterns that configure our old way, the set up is dramatically changing many of our realities.

Many have shared how they view the world in a more childlike way, with wonder and awe, not needing so many explanations. This shift will further alienate those not in tune and bring up lots of the unfinished business of the past with the usual breakdowns, breakthroughs, or just plain stuck. If one tries to go back to the old it feels stagnant, boring, not fulfilling. Its like we are on stepping stones and the ones left behind are covered over by a fast current, the only way is foreword.

As the soul energy permeates more and more, so the past will be wiped out. This feeling of being disconnected is not the same as shock or being spaced out, its more like a deep peace behind the scenario of Life, like being an interested spectator at the bottom of the ocean and watching the top surface world carrying on in its frantic and frenetic way.

The energies of 2007 will continue to stir up conflict, deep karmic emotions until the cleansing and detoxing has completed itself. The outside world will continue to try to find mediation with policies, crime, false corrupt people plying their trade in a confused world. However, those who are attempting to make the shift will find more peace and although peaceful, the energies have to be grounded in the body which will continue to ground the energies which will be uncomfortable as the new energies will force out the old paradigms. Never the less the process will carry on. Resistance to the energies will cause more distress.

The old paradigms will try to cling on, and the battle to hold on often results in distress, fatigue and anger. The liver, lymph,kidneys, pores of skin, bowels all need to be assisted with some good quality herbs and supplements.

The Light is who we are, we are the light of the world, and we were told not to hide this light, to let it shine. I find I am not so emotional, not so judgemental , there is still a lot ot burn away yet. I am also finding a deeper compassion, less fear and anguish and a deep seated panic attack in certain situations caused by a very unpleasant accident, is easing, not because I am pushing or suppressing but because of the soft effulgence of the light that is growing in me, others and the world. The light is indeed watering, nourishing the seed of Love. I had this experience where in the glow of this inner soul light ( I aware of it spontaneously in awake states and sometime in sleep ) the cells of my body were gently purring and glowing, like flowers growing in well composted earth. The opposite was when I got an old message, I seemed to shrivel. Let us hope the Light in Our Lives flourishes during 2007 and beyond. ADDENDUM:- Many felt the Full and New Moons of September 2006 with the 17 October 06 were powerful culminating in the 11:11 and Nov 27 06 powerful energy portals, this may have facilitated the shift changes as above. At the moment of writing I feel a tightness around my chest, not muscular or panic, it is as if my heart is full of energy and bursting to give forth of its abundance and saturate my whole being with light energy and then into the world, I feel as though others will have this too.
